Networking Cube and Health Cube: Clear Construction Progress at the Wilopark

The major Wilopark construction project is one step closer to completion. The final construction phase of the Networking Cube has concluded. Wilo’s new market partner meeting centre will soon be in operation. In addition, construction of the new Health Cube health centre is about to begin.

Following the submission of the building application, the plot was prepared and is now ready for construction. This means that the last major construction projects at the Wilopark are completely on schedule.

“We are delighted to celebrate two further milestones in the largest construction project in our company’s history,” says Oliver Hermes, President & CEO of the Wilo Group. “The Networking Cube and the Health Cube are the final pieces of the Wilopark puzzle to make it the sustainable headquarters of the Wilo technology group. Our ambitious, overarching sustainability strategy is clearly reflected in the design of both buildings.”

With Creating, Caring, Connecting, Wilo is committed to creating sustainable technologies and solutions, caring about its social responsibility and connecting to form strong partnerships worldwide. “In the Networking Cube, we will connect even more closely with our market, financial and scientific partners,” continues Hermes. “And with the Health Cube, we are creating a place where we can take care of our employees’ health.”

Wilo will be welcoming its network of partners from all over the world in the Networking Cube. The building offers a generous amount of space for discussion and interaction. A highlight of the new meeting place is a 191-square-metre LED wall with over 50 million pixels. Wilo employees worldwide and throughout the entire Dortmund region will benefit from the innovative Health Cube health centre, which is taking form at the Wilopark. The official opening is planned for the beginning of 2026.

Once construction work is complete, the approximately 200,000-square-metre Wilopark will comprise five main buildings: the Smart Factory, the Pioneer Cube administration building, the Innovation Cube research and development centre, the Networking Cube, and the Health Cube. In total, Wilo has invested over 400 million euros in the development of the site.
